India’s fastest growing intercity mobility startup zingbus has launched its biggest ever waiting lounge for travellers in Manali, taking the intercity bus travel experience to the next level.
The intent behind the launch is to offer a clean and accessible place to people where they can rest, take a break while waiting for their bus. The lounge also gives them a dedicated place to refresh after a long journey.
The officials of the Zing bus say they have changed the notion of traditional practices where people used to wait in dim, unsafe, and unhygienic areas for their buses, by providing them a safe place with comfortable seats and other amenities.
Manali is known to be one of the most sought-after hill stations in India. Zingbus’s Lounge – Manali, spread over 1200 sq. ft area has a seating capacity of more than 100 passengers and is open to all travelers. The waiting lounge offers clean and sanitized washrooms, mobile charging points, a food court, free wifi, cloakroom, and heaters to make the passengers’ bus journey more relaxed and convenient.
Mratunjay Beniwal, Director & Co-Founder, zingbus said, “Taking our commitment to building the most efficient mobility network, we have launched the biggest waiting lounge in Manali for all bus passengers whether or not travelling with Zingbus. Manali is one of the busiest and most strenuous routes in the country and hence challenging in terms of comfortable traveling.”
He added that the company being committed to providing safe and effortless travel came up with the idea of the lounge in Manali.
“zingbus lounge has all the basic amenities that a passenger can take advantage of while opting for a long travel/journey. This lounge is a gift to the spirit of travel, opened for all travelers passing through the route.”
“While it was becoming challenging to build the lounge due to the uneven weather conditions and accessibilities, our team was determined to complete this project and we take immense pride to have accomplished this in only nine days,” he added.
