The exact date of Carnival celebrations in 2026 are still to be decided. Important Update on 14 December 2024 NOTE: The Manali Winter Carnival 2025 is being rescheduled from January 2 to January 20. The Winter Carnival Committee announced that Winter Carnival will not be celebrated from January 2 this year, and they have written to Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister for his approval on new dates which are likely to be January 20 to 24.
