The intent behind the launch is to offer a clean and accessible place to people where they can rest, take a break while waiting for their bus. The officials of the Zing bus say they have changed the notion of traditional practices where people used to wait in dim, unsafe, and unhygienic areas for their buses, by providing them a safe place with comfortable seats and other amenities. Manali is known to be one of the most sought-after hill stations in India. Zingbus's Lounge - Manali, spread over 1200 sq. ft area has a seating capacity of more than 100 passengers and is open to all travelers. The waiting lounge offers clean and sanitized washrooms, mobile charging points, a food court, free wifi, cloakroom, and heaters to make the passengers' bus journey more relaxed and convenient.
