Temples of Kullu Manali tour package is a kind of pilgrimage for Hindu tourists who are interested in art, culture, traditions, hill architecture, and natural beauty of the area.

Himachal Pradesh is known as Devbhumi (Land of Deities) but Kullu-Manali is known as God’s own land where, according to many Hindu Vedas/Purana/mythological books and legends, almost all the rishi (sages) had meditated for centuries and many deities visited this holy land for meditation, penance and for different reasons.

Kullu district has hundreds of ancient Hindu temples dedicated to different deities and sages. The Temples of Kullu Manali tour package covers a large number of temples of the valley. However, covering all the temples is very difficult due to the fact that it will need nearly one year of time to explore all the temples.

Each temple in Kullu is located at a picturesque place, the best in the locality. The customs, rituals and culture of Kullu is very unique. The people of Kullu Manali have unwavering faith in their deities and almost every village has one temple. The temples are built in many ancient architectural styles, especially in kath-kuni style.

While most temples of Kullu Manali are connected by road, there are many temples which are reachable after little or long trek/hike. There are many temples that are hundreds of years old. Some temples have known history while others have no known history.
